A couple of days ago me and my boyfriend decided to spend our day off in Brighton. It was a lovely sunny day so we found somewhere quite to take some photos.

This light blue jacket is so lovely for the transition period from winter into spring, bringing brighter colours as the days get brighter too! The weather is still pretty chilly so you still have to dress up warm, but this can be done in a stylish way by layering up without it even being seen (cosy and fashionable!)

Coat – Warehouse (quick its in the sale!!)

Top – Newlook (similar here)

Jeans – Topshop

Boots – Krisp (similar here)

Scarf – River Island

Rings – Pandora (here and here) and Newlook

Bag – Aldo (similar here)

Im not a big fan of the weather at the moment. One second its all beautiful sunshine, and the next its pouring with rain (Not good for those of us with curly/frizzy hair!!!) Which makes planning to take photos for my blog extremely difficult at this time of year. So I apologise for the lack of and randomness of the timings of my blog posts, but I’m currently working on making that better!

Longline cardigans are good for any weather and are a great transition piece to take us from winter into spring. I absolutely love faux leather in any shape or form, so this dusty pink skirt is perfect for me. As always I’ve incorporated certain items that I wear all the time, like my ALDO backpack and my Forever21 flats.

Longline Cardigan – TK Maxx

Top – F&F at Tesco

Skirt – River Island

Scarf – Warehouse

Shoes – Forever21

Bag – ALDO

Necklace – H&M

Rings – H&M and Pandora

Birmingham – Clothes Show Live – OOTD #4, 5 & 6

Hello everyone,

On Thursday I went with my University on a trip up to Birmingham! On the way up we stopped at Bicester Village, we went and had a talk with a lovely woman from the marketing team, who discussed all things retail with us which was really interesting. They gave us a VIP ticket each (success!!) which gave us an extra discount in the shops, and we then went off shopping!

On the way up I wore a black cropped fluffy jumper, over a cream shirt with black hearts on it. I paired this with black jeans and black flats (excuse the hideous carpet!)

We then continued our drive up to Birmingham (which felt like FOREVER away!) We stayed in an IBIS hotel right next to the Bull Ring shopping centre, perfect for me 😀 A few of us girls went out and tracked down a Nandos (yummy!) and then came back to the hotel to get ready for a night out. We only went for a few drinks so decided to dress down a bit, and wore a jumper because it was freezing!

On the Friday we got up early and went off to the Clothes Show Live at the NEC! I was so excited and when I got there I felt like a child in a sweet shop!! We watched the fashion show at 11:15am and I thought it was amazing! I couldn’t get any photos of the show because I couldn’t get my camera to take a decent photo in the dark arena 😦 But I can tell you it was so inspiring! Henry Holland was the presenter and Neon Jungle sang! I loved so many of the clothes and will be looking out to purchase similar items!

After the show we went out to scout down some celebrities! (major Made In Chelsea fan here!) We found Jamie, Proudlock and Andy, I got my photo taken with all of them!!

We then went off to look at all the stalls, there was so many that it was almost over whelming! I could have bought lots of stuff that day! I wore another monochrome outfit (no surprise there!) I wore my new check duster coat and wore all black underneath to make the coat stand out.

Manor Barn – OOTD #2

Hello readers,

Today i decided i needed to show you guys what i was wearing. We went to the Manor Barn to take some photos because i wanted some images that showed off the winter weather and the beautiful colours it brings. It kind of back fired a little bit because it started raining 😦 but i still had fun (as you can see from the image below 😀 ).

I chose to wear this cute grey H&M coat because its so cosy, perfect for the autumn/winter weather were having at the moment. The white top from Warehouse is one of my favourites because it can be dressed up or down for any occasion. You can never go wrong with a classic skinny jean, and with a ripped knee it gives a more interesting spin to an outfit. The black sneakers are super comfy and give a laid back vibe. A go to outfit of mine on an autumn/winter day.
